Second Annual National DIPG Awareness Day at Betty's Books

  • Betty's Books 8772 Big Bend Boulevard Webster Groves, MO, 63119 United States (map)

Commemorate National DIPG Awareness Day at Betty's Books!

DIPG, or diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, is a rare and aggressive childhood brain tumor, with approximately 150–300 children diagnosed each year in the United States. Among them was our very own Nora, whose story and radiant sparkle touched countless lives, showing us what it truly means to live bravely and love deeply.

Guests will have opportunities to celebrate Nora through meaningful activities, connect with others, and learn more about her creative legacy, including her book Sparkle of Love and the mission of Nora’s Sparkle of Love Project, which supports research and families impacted by childhood cancer.

While plans for this year’s gathering are still underway, we invite our community to come together to honor Nora’s legacy, raise awareness for DIPG, and support ongoing pediatric brain tumor research.
